What can I store
Documents and archive material - from 10 archive document box to 100's.

What is the minimum rental period/ Is there a maximum
The minimum rental period is four week. You can store for as long as you want, there is no
maximum rental period. Contracts are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
How quickly I can move in
You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry (during office opening hours)
providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract.
Two forms of ID are required one of which must be a photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a
utility bill less than 3 months old. Payment of a deposit and the first invoice must be made prior
to moving in.  
Are there any additional cost
You will also be asked to pay a security deposit that is equal to one month’s rental. This deposit
is not required if you sign up for direct debit payment. The deposit will of course be returned to
you at the end of your contract, if applicable. Cash or cheque with cheque card with payments in
monthly intervals in advance. Please note that insurance for your stored goods is not included in
the rental rate.
What about insurance
Your goods must be insured whilst in storage.
Contract
Easy moving in and out terms
Instant occupation with no deposit, no lease, no solicitor fees, and no long-term commitment -
minimum charge period just 4 weeks. Move in by signing a simple one-page license agreement.
You can move out anytime you want just us need two weeks notice and you only pay for the time
you have stored with us.
Load unload and store
At our facility warehouseman and fork lift truck is available to assist you in moving goods from
the loading/uploading area to the units. Also we can provide full handling services, including
container loading and unloading, and can assist you to packing operation that may be required.
Receiving and dispatch
We can receive and dispatch goods on your behalf saving you time waiting for deliveries or
collections.
Payment method
Initial payment must be made by credit or debit card. Further payments can also be made by
direct debit, cash or cheque with cheque card.
How can I cancel the lease
We require a minimum of 14 days notice to vacate your storage space. On completion of your
move out a cheque refund will be processed within 20 days for the initial deposit, if applicable,
along with any rental that is not used. Notice must be given in writing, either by fax, post or e-mail.
